Election of New Executive Committee 2025-2027 (2 year term)

We would like as many members as possible to attend. Please register you attendance at Register Now . Note that parking availability adjacent to the centre is much reduced, please allow additional time to account for that.
Call for Nominations
Valid nominations for all positions on the Executive Committee are called for and must reach the Secretary dated no later than close of business (5:00pm), Wednesday, 29 October 2025 (seven clear days before the election date).
An election pack including Nomination forms and a candidate profile has been distributed to Members.
The Nomination Form and candidate profile must be completed in accordance with the rules of CMCF Inc’s Constitution and conduct of elections.
In accordance with CMCF’s constitution, only a registered delegate representing a full financial member and a Life member attending the AGM in person is eligible to vote at the AGM.
The name of the Delegate voting must be the same person registered on joining / renewal /or confirmed as the nominated representative attending AGM.
Please confirm and notify any change of Delegate to attend the AGM using the form provided at least one (1) day before, in this case by 5:00pm Wednesday 5th November 2025.
- No proxy votes or substituted delegates after that date or on the evening are permitted,
- Only eligible voting members present at the AGM can vote.
- Appointed delegates may only represent one association.
