This will be CMCF Inc’s eighteenth AGM.
We would like as many members as possible to attend.
In addition to the formalities of the evening, we are planning to have guest speaker/s to address our membership with matters of community interest
In accordance with CMCF’s constitution, only a registered delegate representing a full financial member and a Life member attending the AGM in person is eligible to vote at the AGM.
The name of the Delegate voting must be the same person registered on joining / renewal /or confirmed as the nominated representative attending AGM.
Please confirm and notify any change of Delegate to attend the AGM using the form attached at least three (3) days before, in this case by 5:00pm Friday 15th November 2024.
- No proxy votes or substituted delegates after that date or on the evening are permitted,
- Only eligible voting members present at the AGM can vote
- Appointed delegates may only represent one association.
