This workshop is presented by PEPA and PICAC NSW ACT and is aimed at ALL staff working in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF), Aged Care Community Services and older peoples.
Topics include: What is a palliative approach; what is end of life; what is Culture and how does it influence the palliative approach and end of life; CALD beliefs and values around death and dying; culturally appropriate communication skills. (some aspects of the program may change due to circumstances beyond our control).
